Introduction

A fast and easy breakfast on the run. Make up a batch and put it in the refrigerator and all you have to do in the mornings is grab a bowl and eat. A fast and easy breakfast on the run. Make up a batch and put it in the refrigerator and all you have to do in the mornings is grab a bowl and eat.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Frozen Blackberries (12 oz package)
    Frozen Blueberries or Frozen Cherries (12 oz package)
    Whey Cool (Whey Protein) 4 scoops (1 1/3 cup)
    Flax seed 4 Tablespoons
    Stevia (natural Sweetner) 12 pkg or less depending on personal preference)

Directions

Just mixed all the ingredients, Thoroughly mix the yogart with the Whey cool and stevia, then add the flax seed and frozen berries. I thaw and drain the berries before adding so it doesn't thin the yogurt. This makes approximately 12 1/2 servings
