Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 cup I can't Believe It's Not Butter (1 Stick)
    3/4 cup Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 Egg
    3/4 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
    1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix until dough is formed. Roll dough into 24 1" balls and place on lightly greased (pam) cookie sheet. Make a criss-cross pattern on the top of the dough with fork dipped in sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!

Makes 24 cookies, 1 Cookie = 1 Serving
