Great idea for a quick and tasty dinner. Great idea for a quick and tasty dinner.

    16 oz. 93% lean ground turkey
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 tomato, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 pkt Old El Paso reduced sodium taco seasoning
    1/3 c. water
    6 mission low carb whole wheat tortillas


In a pan, heat olive oil on medium-high setting. Saute onion, pepper, and garlic until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes until done, stirring constantly. Add seasoning packet, water, and chopped tomato. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in warmed tortillas. Top with lettuce, salsa, etc. as desired.
