Throw everything in a slow cooker before you go to work and have a nutritious, low fat, high fibre dinner ready when you get home! This recipe has a secret ingredient that adds wonderful flavour!

Throw everything in a slow cooker before you go to work and have a nutritious, low fat, high fibre dinner ready when you get home! This recipe has a secret ingredient that adds wonderful flavour!

Ingredients

    2 cups dry 15-Bean Soup Mix
    2 cups water
    5 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
    12 oz. turkey breast meat, cooked
    1 1/2 Johnsonville Beef Brats

Directions

Soak soup mix for about 2 hours in water.
Chop brats and turkey breast into 1" pieces.
In a crock pot, mix all ingredients together and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours, or on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Serve with warm, super grainy bread for a great comfort food.
