    12 8 inch flour tortillas
    1.5 boneless skinless Chicken Breast, diced in 1/2 inch cubes
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat
    1/2 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
    1/2 cup chopped raw Onions
    4 tbsp Old El Paso Taco Sauce
    2 cups refried beans, fat free


Mix all ingredients (except the tortillas) in a bowl. Put 1/12 of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas burrito style and wrap in tinfoil. Put on a covered grill for about 18-20 minutes each turning frequently.

I copied this recipe from LUBMYFOOD but substituted chicken breast for the ground turkey and used low fat cheddar instead of regular cheddar. This reduced the fat from about 10 grams to less than 5 grams.
