    340 grams firm tofu
    3 egg whites
    1/3 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp ground oregano
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients; form into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
