Ingredients

2 medium bananas
8 strawberry's (i use frozen, because it makes my smoothie colder, but the book says to use fresh organic strawberries)
5oz apple juice (i used gerber for the nutritional values because it's all i have on hand right now! lol) **The book says use 10tbsp, I figured it out to be *about* 5oz - I just used oz instead of tbsp so I could figure out the nutritional values easier.
Directions
Makes about 2 cups
Put it all in the blender/smoothie maker and GO!
Sometimes I add plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt to make it thicker and creamier. Just be sure to add it to your nutritional values.
