Introduction

Microwaveable instant healthy breakfast full of fiber,omega 3's and antioxidants! Microwaveable instant healthy breakfast full of fiber,omega 3's and antioxidants!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quaker 1 minute oatmeal
    1 Cup water
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1 tbsp flaxseed
    2 tsp. brown sugar (or substitute)

Directions

Combine water and oats in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and add frozen blueberries, flaxseed and brownsugar. Microwave for 1 more minute.
