Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 cup steal cut oats
    1/4 cup craisins
    2 Table spoons brown sugar
    half a large banana

Directions

Bring water to boil. Stir in oats and cranberries and cook until mixture starts to thickens. Turn heat down and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. About halfway through or when liquid is almost gone, stir in sugar and bananas and finish cooking.

I got four 3/4 cup servings.
