    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    1 Egg (beaten)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp


Mix all dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add to milk and oil, then add to dry ingredients. Mix well and seperate into muffin pan. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until golden. * Options: add blueberries, strawberries, apples sauce, etc. to make fruit-muffins (they will be less dry).
