    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tbsp
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup

Directions

Mix all. Bake at 350 for 15-17 mins

    Good
    I made these using wholemeal flour and real sugar. I only got 7 muffins using these quantities and they needed 25 minutes cooking time. They tasted fine, but could use some spice to liven them up a bit. - 6/15/09
