    2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1.25 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. mashed banana w/1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350.

Stir all ingredients together, mixing until well blended. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven until the top is no longer shiny. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Makes 16 brownies.
