    Avocados, California (Haas), 0.25 fruit without skin and seeds
    Grapefruit, 0.50 fruit (3-3/4" dia)
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Orange Juice, 1 fl oz
    Garlic, 0.25 clove
    Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g), 2 oz
    Fresh Express Fancy field greens salad, 1.50 cup

Directions

poach salmon; toss greens, salmon, avocado, grapefruit sections - combine garlic, oil, lemon, oj & grapefruit juices to make vinaigrette; season with salt & pepper. toss over greens & salmon
