    1 lb raw shrimp
    Juice & zest from 2 limes
    1/4 C tequila
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    2 tsp cumin
    1/4 C minced onion
    1/2 C olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste


Assemble all ingredients in ziplock bag or marinade container and add shrimp. Marinate for up to 4 hrs.

NOTE: Ingredients list entered (1/4 c) and displayed (1/2 c) for olive oil is different. Since most is burned off in grilling I think it's safe to say that FULL fat calories is not accurate.
