Introduction

Very hearty but still low-call meal. Very soothing and warming in the winter months. Very hearty but still low-call meal. Very soothing and warming in the winter months.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 large Chicken Breasts
    Fat Free Chicken Broth (1 cup)
    Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can = 2.5 cup)
    Peas and Carrots (1 small can = 1 cup
    Saffron Rice (One 5oz. package)
    Tap water (1 1/2 cup)

Directions

Place chicken breasts into crockpot and add chicken broth and water. Cover and cook on high for 4 Hours.
After 4 hours, add cream of chicken and peas and carrots. Continue to cook on HIGH for one hour.
Add Rice and turn on LOW for one hour. Stirring well after 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
