    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz cooked
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Basil, 10 leaves
    3 plum tomatos sliced
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz cu tin slices
    Italian seasonings


Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pizza stone with cooking spray.

Put half the basil leaves, salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse for a few minutes. Add the cooked chicken and the egg. This will be a very loose dough.

Spread dough evenly on the pizza stone. Place in oven for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Spread the tomato paste on the crust. Top with the plumb tomato, mozzarella cheese and basil.

Return the stone to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
