    Flour, white, 9 cup
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Nonfat dry milk, 2 cup
    Canola Oil, 3/4 cup
    Baking powder, low-sodium, 12 tsp


Combine flour, dry milk, baking poweder and salt in a large bowl. Stir together. Mix in oil until the mixture is smooth. Store in airtight container. Refridgerate and use within a month or put into containers suitable for freezing and freeze.

For biscuits or dumplings add 3/4 cup water to 3 cups of mix.
For muffins add 3/4 cup water to 2-1/2 cups mix with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 egg.
For pancakes add 3/4 cup water to 1-1/2 cups mix with 2 tbsp sugar & 1 egg.
