Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3# potatoes - cooked, cooled, and quartered
    4 eggs - hard-boiled, cooled, shelled, and chopped
    ½ C green bell pepper, chopped fine
    ½ C carrot, chopped fine
    ½ C radish, chopped fine
    ½ C celery, chopped fine
    ½ C dill relish
    3 tsp pimento
    ½ C mayonnaise
    ¼ C red French dressing
    2 tsp spicy brown mustard
    ½ tsp dry mustard
    ¼ tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
    ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

Place in large mixing bowl:

Potatoes
Eggs

Mix the following and toss together with potatoes and eggs:

Green bell pepper
Carrot
Radish
Celery
Dill relish
Pimento

Combine the following until smooth and creamy and then fold into the potato mixture:

Mayonnaise
Red French dressing
Spicy brown mustard
Dry mustard
Lawry’s seasoned salt
Black pepper

Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving. Garnish with a generous sprinkling of paprika.
