Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Filling: 1 10oz pkg of frozen Rhubarb or fresh
    1 pkg fresh strawberries cut in half or smaller
    3 tbs of cane sugar
    1tbs nutmeg
    1tbs cinnamon
    1 tbs of honey
    2 oz of chopped walnuts
    3 tbs of whole wheat flour *Added last

    Topping:
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .50 cup
    Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 3 tbsp
    Whole Wheat Graham Flour, Hodgson Mill, 1.55 cup
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Light Brown Sugar, 36 tsp or 3/4 cup

Directions

Cook filling ingredients together on stove then add 3 tbs of whole wheat flour. Pour ingredients in cake pan. Cook filling ingredients @ 400 for 10 min.
Mix together topping ingredients in a bowl. First dry ingredients. Then add applesauce and butter. Mix untill crumbbley. Then crumble on top of filling and bake @ 400 for 25 min.
