    1- 15 oz can fat free refried beans
    2.5 cups cooked brown rice
    1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
    1- 1.25pkg taco seasoning
    1 cup shredded mexican style cheese


In a 9 X 13 casserole dish place the cooked brown rice, in a seperate bowl mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning, once that is well mixed add refried beans and mix well. Spread over rice and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake from 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted.
