Introduction

Nice low fat and calorie banana bread. Nice low fat and calorie banana bread.

Ingredients

    1c lowfat cottage cheese
    1/2 c honey
    4 eggs
    6 large bananas
    4 c whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    4 tsp nonfat plain soy milk

Directions

Mix bananas, cottage cheese,eggs, soy milk and honey in the food processer until smooth. Put this in mixing bowl and add flour and soda. Mix until blended. Pour into two greased large loaf pans and bake at 350 for 45-50min. The nutrition value is for 32 slices of bread.
