Introduction

Pork roast cooked in the slow cooker and then shredded to make burritos or tacos. Quick simple and delicious! Pork roast cooked in the slow cooker and then shredded to make burritos or tacos. Quick simple and delicious!

Ingredients

    3 lb pork sirloin roast
    1 package low sodium taco seasoning
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp parsley
    2 cloves garlic
    2 cans diced green chilis

Directions

Place roast in slow cooker, mix chicken broth, taco seasoning, parsley and garlic in small bowl and pour over roast. Cook on low for 8 hours, then take meat out and let cook a bit. Shred with a fork then return to pot, add green chilis, heat through

Serve with soft taco shells, lettuce tomato, olives, whatever else you like.
