Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Couscous, 1 cup,
    * Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated,1/4 cup

Directions

Boil chicken broth- stir in couscous and remove from heat. Let stand, covered, for five minutes. Fluff with fork and stir in parmesan. Makes about 4 servings.
