Number of Servings: 10


    * Lime Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 2 cup (remove)
    * Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)


Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients (rinse canned black beans before adding) and bring to boil. Simmer 15 min. Makes approx 10 1/2 cup servings.
