    1 Pound Ground Beef
    2 Cans Enchilada Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Cilantro
    1.5 Cup Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
    12 Flour Tortillas


Preheat oven to 375F & Lightly grease 13x9 inch glass dish.
Cook beef in skillet, Drain
Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1 Cup cheese, and Cilantro with meat
Spoon filling onto tortillas
Roll up tortillas and place in glass dish seam side down
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over entire dish
Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over dish

Bake 15 to 20 minutes
Makes 12 enchiladas
