    1 slice Canadian bacon, chopped
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp. sea salt
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup tomato, chopped
    Hot sauce to taste (optional)
    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1/2 cup strawberries


Cook Canadian bacon in skillet over medium heat until just browned. Add oil, green pepper, salt, pepper, cumin and red pepper flakes and cook until softened. Beat together eggs and hot sauce and add to skillet; cook until set, about 2 min. Roll in tortilla and top with tomato. Serve with strawberries.
