    1 lb. lean ground beef (93%)
    1 small chopped onion
    cooking spray
    1 (15-1/4 oz) can cream-style corn
    Mashed potatoes (approximately 5)
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/4 cup low-fat milk


Saute onions and ground beef in small amount of cooking spray. Place in the bottom of an 11x8x2 casserole dish. Pour cream style corn over the cooked ground beef. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake @ 325 for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings
