    20 frozen perogies
    1 C onion, chopped
    1/4 C 1% milk
    1 Tbsp margarine
    1/2 C cooked, extra lean ham, diced
    1 C green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 C cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can (10 oz) condensed, low fat cream of mushroom soup


In a small skillet melt butter or margarine and cook onion and green pepper for 5 minutes. In a medium size casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper, and ham. Combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole. Top with cheddar cheese.

Bake 35 minutes at 175C (350F), or microwave until heated through.
