Introduction

Ingredients

    spread half the package of noodles in bottom of pan, top with slices of soy solid, then a layer of california frozen vegetables.next layer is sour cream and cottage cheese mixed in with the soy sauce, repeat layers until pan is full.


Directions

Layer all layers in pan stopping at the sour cream cottage cheese layer. you may also top with low fat mozzerella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and serve warm, let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
