    24 cups Water
    1 900ml container Campbell's 25% lower salt, Fat Free Chicken Broth
    500 g cooked Chicken Breast, chopped
    1/2 head Garlic
    1 Medium Onion
    5 or 6 stalks Celery
    3 -4 Carrots
    1 500 g pkg. Organic Rigatoni
    3 - 4 Bay Leaves
    1 cup uncooked par-boiled brown Rice
    1 can Mushrooms


In large boiler put water, chicken, chicken broth, garlic, & bay leaves. Bring to boil & let simmer for 30 minutes. While boiling prepare other vegetables by peeling & chopping. Add vegetables, pasta, & rice. Let simmer for 60 minutes. Remove Bay Leaves. Serve.
