    100g mango
    100g red pepper
    1 lime
    2T cilantro, fresh
    50g onions


Finely dice mango, red peppers, cilantro, and onions. Cut lime and squeeze all of the juice into the salsa. Let salso sit in the fridge for at least an hour or more to let all the flavors develop.

Pairs well with salmon, tilapia, pork, shrimp, and chicken.
