Introduction

A Casserole I Like to put together, I love the taste of ground beef with tomatoe soup :) A Casserole I Like to put together, I love the taste of ground beef with tomatoe soup :)
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 Lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 Can low sodium condensed tomato soup
    1 can french cut green beans (or frozen)
    2 large russet potatoes (or you can use about 3 cups prepared instant type)
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic ( 1 clove or 1 tsp powder)
    1/4 cup finely diced green pepper
    onion powder (can use fresh onion also)

Directions

1. Cut potatoes into chunks and boil in salted water until tender. Mash with a little milk and butter if you wish
2. brown crumbled hamburger and green peppers until cooked through
3. mix can of soup, green beans, and garlic and spices in with the hamburger and heat for a minuite
4. pour mixture into small casserole/dish and layer the potatoes on top, leaving a hole in the middle uncovered with the potatoes
5. Bake 350 Degrees until bubbly, about 15 minuites, if you want, garnish with cheese and sprinkle with pepper.
