    3 apples peeled and sliced
    2 Tablsp raisins
    2 Tablsp chopped pecans
    1/2 c Old Fashion Oats
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    2 Tblsp Splenda
    1 c vanilla ice cream


Spray 8" square baking dish with Pam. Im bowl mix sliced apples, splenda and cinnnamon toss lightly coating the apples. Mix remaining ingredients except ice cream , in bowl and toss. Pour into baking dish and cover with foil and cook at 350 about 40 minutes until apples are cooked. Divide into 4 serving dishes and top with 1/4 c ice cream.

For a lower calorie version. By omitting the ice cream, your calorie count is 133.6. Add 2 Tblsp Reddi Whip Reduced fat, you add 20 calories making it 153.6.
