    15oz + 1 cup part-skim Ricotta
    1 egg
    1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese (real parm, NOT Kraft!!!)
    1/2 c black olives
    1 box copped, frozen spinach
    1 egg
    3 cups tomato sauce with meat
    1/2 box of ziti noodles


Cook pasta according to directions. Prepare meat and tomato sauce to taste. Egg and Ricotta, thaw spinach. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325.
