    1 whole large chicken breast, cubed
    1/2 large onion, cut in large pieces
    1 c sliced mushrooms
    1 c white wine
    2 tbsp flour
    1/4 c light sour cream
    3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    3 cups cooked linguini noodles (or any pasta)

    salt, pepper, and oregano to taste


Cut chicken into cubes and cook in large frying pan. Add mushrooms, onions, and wine. Add seasonings. Let simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add flour, sour cream and parmesan, simmer until slightly thickened (sauce will not be really thick). Cook pasta to desired tenderness. Toss together. Serves 4.
