Ingredients

2 Cups Salad Greens
1 Large Pear
About 1 cubic inch of blue cheese, depending on your taste.
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Slices Farmland 30% Less Fat Center Cut Bacon
.5oz Walnuts or 7-8 halves
Dash of Pepper per serving
Directions
Fry 2 slices of Bacon til crisp, remove from pan, onto paper towel, set aside.
Slice Pear in half lengthwise and discard seeds. Scoop out centers, chop and place in bowl.
Mix in Blue Cheese, set aside
Finely chop or smash Walnuts, set aside.
Chop or break into pieces bacon strips, set aside.
Place 1 cup each Salad Greens of your choice in 2 serving bowls, drizzle each with Olive Oil and Sprinkle with a dash of pepper.
Place each Pear half on top of Greens stuff each evenly with blue cheese mixture.
Top each with half the Bacon and Walnuts and serve at room temp.
Variation: Leave out bacon and Pepper, use and drizzle Spinach with honey and top with the Walnuts, a few Raspberries and a mint Sprig.
Although it seems high in Fat and Carbs, I think it still has to be good for you with these ingredients right?
