Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups sifted flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup mashed banana
    1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
    juice of one orange

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and blend well. Combine wet and dry ingredients and blend well. Turn into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Makes 1 loaf.
