    1 cup cucumbers - sliced thin
    1 cup zucchini - sliced thin
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup diced onions
    * Can add sesame seeds also


Cut cucumber and zucchini in thin slices. Add onion (if desired), put oil and vinegar in and mix. Better served chilled and on a bed of romaine or mix green lettuce.
