Ingredients

    1 C cooked brown rice
    1 C frozen mixed vegetables
    0.1 C frozen peas
    0.1 C frozen corn
    1 tbsp Vegan worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil
    0.25 med onion chopped
    1 tbsp garlic chopped
    pepper
    allspice

Directions

1. Defrost and chop vegetables to small pieces
2. Saute onions and garlic.
3. Add vegetables. Cook.
4. Add rice, sauce, pepper and allspice.
5. Serve hot.
