    Broccoli, fresh, 1.02 bunch (remove)
    Garlic, 1.02 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.02 small (remove)
    Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1.02 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)


    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Garlic, 1 clove

    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)
    Salt,1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/8 tsp


1-Trim most of the stem of broccoli and steam then cut into small pieces.
2-Spay a 10 inch pie plate and place steamed broccoli on bottom
3-Cook onions and garlic in butter til tender and put over brocolli
4-Sprinkle cheese over broccoli
5-Mix egg beaters, cottage cheese salt, pepper, nutmeg,a dn dill and pour over top.
6-Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 mins.
7-Cool for 10 mins then serve.
