Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
    1/4 cup skim milk powder
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 cup & 2 Tbsp water


1. Pre heat oven to 400 F.
2. In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients, make well into centre.
3. Add liquids to well in the dry ingredients.
4. Mix until dough is formed together.
5. Flour your hands and knead dough into lightly greased 8x8 pan, being careful to not over knead.
6. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
