Ingredients

    1c ww flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c of milk
    1 tbsp of canola or vegetable oil
    1 tbsp of vanilla extract
    1 banana
    1/2 c of blueberries(fresh or frozen)

Directions

Chop the banana into small peices. Mix all ingredients together and prepare on the griddle. Makes 4 Large pancakes
