    2 cups water
    1 cup quinoa
    1 can chili hot beans
    1 can diced tomatoes chili ready
    2 cups frozen corn
    1/4 cup green enchilada sauce
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp tumeric


Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer 15 minutes covered, another 5 min uncovered. Stir occasionally after lid is removed. Most of the water should be absorbed. May be eaten as is or used as a tortilla filling, with or without cheese added.
