    This is not a valid "Rinse" recipe. The "American Laboratory" article by Rinse (July 1973) states emphatically that one must use polyunsaturated oil equal to the amount of lecithin in order to remove cholesterol plaque from arteries. He recommends safflower oil - 1-1/2 tsp oil in this recipe. - 1/23/13
