    1 salmon fillet
    2 thin slices ham
    lemono juice
    seaasoning, including thyme

Directions

Season salmon with black pepper aand thyme
wrap ham around salmon
dry fry in pan, add a bit oof lemon juice
fry around 4 min., each side on medium to high heat
serve with salad, mashed potatoes and spinach or other veg.
