Ingredients

    Ricotta Fat Free, 2 cup
    Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 2 cup
    Cool Whip Free 8oz, 1 serving
    Jello Sugar Free Gelatin (full package), 1 serving
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Tropicana Low Acid Orange Juice, 1 cup


Directions

Makes 8 - 1 Cup Servings @ 145 calories

Blend first three incredients until smooth and well mixed.
Boil Water and dilute gelatin by stirring consistently.
Add Orange Juice to the gelatin and stir
Blend all ingredients together
Place in individual cups or in bowl.
Refrigerate til set.
Serve with slice of orange as garnish.
