    6.5 cup tomato sauce
    Zucchini, 2 medium
    2 red peppers
    1 green pepper
    1 large Onion
    1.75 cups Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    12 oz Mushrooms
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Italian, basil, and oregano seasoning to taste


makes approximately 10, .75 cup servings

If I have any extra fresh veggies laying around I add them too.


chop all veggies according to preference. I like mine diced. Cook mushrooms first. Then in large sauce pan add all other ingredients. Bring to boil then simmer for about an hour or until veggies are cooked.

Serve over favorite pasta
