    3 chicken thighs, cooked, skin removed, deboned and diced
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/4 Cup diced onions
    1/4 cup diced green chiles
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    5 corn tortillas
    1 cup fancy shredded colby jack and monterey cheese


Lightly grease sides and bottom of slow-cooking pot.
Arrange lalternate layers of tortillas with chicken and mixture of undiluted soup, sour cream, chile and onion.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese and cook on low another 15 or 20 minutes.
