Ingredients

    1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 med. sized)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup yogourt, Danone Activia fat free
    1/4 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1/2 Brown Sugar
    1 Egg - Omega-3
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking flour
    dash salt


Directions

12 muffins or 1 banana loaf
Combine bananas, baking soda, yogourt - set aside to rest.
Combine well, oil, sugar, egg, vanilla in a
separate bowl.
Combine flours, baking powder, salt in a large bowl.
Combine banana mixture and oil mixture. Add to the dry ingredients in large bowl and stir just until moistened.
Add chocolate chips.
Scoop into muffin tins lined with paper cups or sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 - for 20 mins.
Enjoy when cooled.
