T-J Soup can be eaten at any time of the day and any time you feel hungry. T-J Soup can be eaten at any time of the day and any time you feel hungry.
Number of Servings: 12


    1/2 large head of cabbage
    1-2 large onions
    1 red pepper
    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    1/2 large bunch of celery
    French onion soup mix
    2 medium carrots
    3 crushed/chopped cloves garlic
    2 handfuls chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
    Add other herbs, if desired
    5 litres of water


Cut vegetables into medium sized pieces and boil, covered with water, for 10 minutes. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
Can be blended if you don't like big pieces.
